Plot File Creation Instructions - AutoCAD

For best results in creating your plot files follow these easy steps. If you have any questions call our office at (973) 244-9277 for assistance.

Step 1. Download Driver

Click here to download the Oce TDS AutoCAD Driver. Once downloaded double click the file to install the Oce Driver for AutoCAD.
(Make sure AutoCAD is closed prior to running installation)

Step 2. Create a New Plotter

Open AutoCAD
Click File - Plotter Manager
Click Add-a-Plotter Wizard then Next
On the Add Plotter - Begin Screen choose My Computer then Next
Under MANUFACTURERS select Oce
Under MODELS select Oce TDS 600 HDI driver and then Next
On the Import Pcp or Pc2 Screen choose Next
On the Ports Screen choose Plot to File then Next
On the Plotter Name Screen Type CAPITOLREPRO in the box then Next
On the Finish Screen click Finish

Step 3. Create Your Plot File

Click File - Plot
Under Plotter Configuration choose CAPITOLREPRO.pc3
Under Plot Style Table choose Your .CTB file (with your pen settings)
Under Plot to File Click Plot to File and enter the path to store your file(s)
Click the Plot Settings tab
Choose your Paper Size, Orientation, Plot Area, Plot Scale
Click Full Preview to verify your plot
Hit ESC when done previewing
Click OK to create your plot file
